How quickly will I receive a response?
We aim to respond to all messages within 24–48 hours on business days. For urgent bug reports affecting a large number of users, we prioritize those and typically respond within a few hours.
How do I request a new feature?
We welcome feature requests! Email us with a short description of what you'd like and why it would be useful. We review all requests and prioritize based on demand and feasibility. Popular requests are typically added in future updates.
Can I request support for a new image format?
Yes. If you need a format that isn't currently supported, let us know. We evaluate format requests based on browser compatibility and user demand. Most formats supported by the browser Canvas API can be added without major changes.
Do you offer an API or commercial licensing?
imgToWebP is a free tool for individual and commercial use with no restrictions. If you need a dedicated API, private deployment, or custom integration, reach out and we can discuss options.
